I was born and raised on a farm in northwest Ohio. My favorite subject in school was art and during my last two high school years I attended a technical school for Graphic Design where I graduated Top in Class. After high school I attended college courses in the morning and worked full time driving a forklift in the afternoon for 3 years – which I enjoyed very much! (I can still pick up a dime if you ask me to)
I moved to Colorado at the age of 21. I met my husband in 2004 and married him in 2007. Our daughter was born in 2009 and our son in 2011. We have an extremely too-smart-for-own-good (rescue) lab mix named Macy and an adorable long-haired hamster named S’more.
In my free time, I enjoy shopping, camping, boating and spend at least two nights a week playing racquetball.
Fun facts:
My favorite animals are elephants and fat birds.
My favorite food would be either thin crust pizza or tacos.
I have never ridden a horse.
I meticulously (obsessively) make my bed as soon as I wake up every morning.
